Starter testing.

Postby Jkrahule » Thu Nov 18, 2021 8:34 pm

Hello everyone I am looking for some service information regarding testing the commutator/armature on a 56 starter. Obviously I don’t have a growler but would like to see what is available and specs for testing before I drop the money on a starter rebuild kit.

How about taking it to an auto electric shop for testing?
