This is the marking on the rear tires on my '47 cub.
I wondering if they are the original tires.

I think this picture is the month and day. But I'm not sure.
I don't know the code.

I went to the Goodyear website and asked. And all they want is to sale me new tires.
They said that they didn't have the info on those tires.
I probably didn't get to the right place or person to help me.

They are not the original tires. That size designation didn't exist in 1947.

A picture of the whole tire, specifically the tread, is much more helpful than the numbers.

If it's an original style tread the tires are likely original or were put on the tractor at such an early stage that they may as well be.

They did not start the DOT date code thing until much later, and then it is optional on tractor tires if I am not mistaken, because I see some with and some without.

That is true. The tire size in 47 would have been 7-24 or 8-24 if I'm not mistaken.

Decimal sizes didn't come along until the mid-late 1950's, and there were two sizes listed on the tires during the transition to aid people in knowing which was the "right" tire in the new sizes.

Here's a shot from the Wisconsin Historical Society of an early Cub on the assemble line (note the intersecting tread design):
