Hydraulic Valve Removal Tip

Postby lyle11 » Mon Nov 09, 2020 8:39 pm

While disassembling the Hydraulic Block, it can be difficult to remove the valves. For the Control Valve Inner Bushing and the Safety Valve Inner Bushing, I cut the head off a toothbrush and shaved a little material off the end. I pushed the plastic end into the hole in the bushing. Then I tapped it gently with a hammer to seat it snugly. In both cases the bushing pulled right out. This might work for you.
