Re: mystery parts ?
The rod is a very badly bent cutter bar hold up rod. Parts A and C appears to be parts for snow push blade. Have no idea on B.

Re: mystery parts ?
If the rod is 1/2" in diameter, it seems too heavy for the cutter bar rod. Not that I have any other suggestion for what it is.
The flat bar "B" looks like it would fit horizontally on a final drive (notch goes around the inner end of the axle). With all those holes, it makes me think it is a home-made modification of something else. Maybe it was a whatever modified into a step.

Re: mystery parts ?
Hi,
The rod in the 1st pic might be the front rod on a Cub 22 mower, that someone bent in 2 places, and removed the piece of metal from the end with the loop.
The bar was originally straight, except for the bends at the ends of it, if it is for the Cub 22 mower.
It's hard to see the size of it in the pic, the front rod is larger and longer than the hold up rod.
Below is a page from the Cub 22 Mower owner's manual, showing the front rod.

Below is a pic from TM Tractor showing the rod.
