Remove the head gasket, look for the cause of the coolant leak.

I think you will need valve work. At this point, I would do an in frame overhaul of the engine, or at least head in that direction.

Good idea to check, but it looks to me like the water leak was down the exhaust pipe and cylinder 3 is the one with the open exhaust valve.
