You didn't ask WHAT it was, just which tractor it fit. I assumed you knew what but just didn't know what version it is. It goes between the beam and drawbar on several plow models. Here is the Cub equivalent:

Haha, sorry Jim, I should have clarified my question better. Thanks for identifying it for me. I appreciate it.
I knew they looked familiar but could not place it. I found several of these in my dads barn and figured it had to go to either a Cub or Super C as that’s what he had. I just did not know what implement or function they served.
