Lesson Learned - Stuck Clutch
I thought I would share a lesson learned unsticking a cub clutch. The tractor had not been driven in nearly a year. Based on a post by John *.?-!* club member, I sprayed the clutch disc with brake cleaner. I rotated the flywheel and sprayed in every opening through the pressure plate. Then, I pried it loose from the flywheel at the openings while rotating the flywheel. I held the clutch pedal down with vice grips. It broke loose with one rotation of prying. The gears do not grind and it has no chatter. Hope this helps someone.
