You should do fine with one of these, https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/countyline-straight-clevis-pin-clip-standard-s49010600?solr=1&cm_vc=-10005. Should be available from any business that serves farmer/rancher clientele.

Clevis, like Bill said. That looks like a pretty big ring on the hitch. Get the largest clevis you find, limited by the pin size that will fit in your drawbar holes.

Hey Tim, your disc looks a lot like one I have, it's id was supplied by tmays as Poplarville.
