What tractor do these fit?

This lever and air cleaner cap came with some free stuff. The lever was red, the cap had no paint on it, but takes the same pipe size as a Cub (1 3/8"). Far right photo is the mystery cap and a Cub cap. Click on the photo to enlarge...

Looks like it fits all the A's and possibly some others. Now for the lever?

According to one reference I have, if it fits a 1-3/8 tube, it fits an A or B. If it fits a 1-3/4 tube, it fits a Super A, C or Super C. I didn't think that sounded right. So, I checked a couple parts catalogs. According to them, the 1-3/8 tube is correct for the Super A as well.

I don't know what the other thing is. But the roller looks like the adjuster out of a Crescent wrench.
