You can check the owners manual for the details but the plug on the left side is to check the transmission level. Take a look at the photos on TM Tractor website. As for the final "bull gears", you should remove the pains, clean all the gook out and check the top edge for deform metal at the bolt holes and straighten them as needed. You'll need new gaskets and some 80-90 wt gear oil for each one. The pans have to be filled before reinstalling on the housings. JMHO Stan
