Problem Solved, FINALLY!!!

Well brothers father-in-law came over and solved the problem. Timing got off and retarding the motor. Distributor springs broke causing this to happen. Thought went through my head the day the issues happend that the distributor was off, BUT I couldn't understand how as it's cranked down tight. Now just need to get some springs.
 
make sure the holes on the weights are not all wallowed out and the weights are free to pivot easily, they break mostly because no one lubes them, they run like $30 a set last time I got them

Yes the weights freely pivot and I did put lube on there. Only seemed to make sense since it was metal on metal. It was full of brown sludge/crud, that was preventing stuff from moving. So cleaned it all out and put the new springs on. Now it's back and running just like it should.
