Plow name?

Can someone tell me the correct name of these "plows" and how the heck do you attach the spring lift arms?? Do you attach them with the lift bar up or down? THANKS

Those are spring tooth cultivators and they mount as shown in these pix from TM Tractor Parts.

Hi,
The attachment isn't a plow. It looks like a Cub 144 Cultivator. It is made for cultivating a row crop, one row at a time. The way the Cub engine is offset to the left, lets you see the row crop under the tractor, looking down from the seat.
Below is the Cub 144 Cultivator operator's manual, it has lots of info, and tells how to install it on the Cub.
You don't use the manual lift lever shown in the manual, to the left of the seat, if the Cub has Touch Control.
The cultivator regularly comes with sweeps, they are called. There are pictures of them on page 3.
There was other equipment available, springs were available, yours has springs. The front ones are shown on page 14. The rears are on page 19. I'm not sure in your pictures if the front part of the cultivator has springs also.
