No rain cap

I did something stupid and the first thing I’m going to do is buy an exhaust rain cap!!!!
I took my B to a friend’s house and left it without putting a tin can over the exhaust. Of course a huge rain came up and it got soaked. I’m sure rain got down the exhaust. It started and ran perfect prior to my stupidity.

Any suggestions on what to do before trying to start it?

Thanks……

Pull the spark plugs out and crank it over a few times. Then put the plugs back in and run it like nothing happened. You might want to consider an oil change in the near future.

I have rain caps yet I always put a can over them anyway

As said...I too would crank it up and then change the oil

That's my suggestion. Prevent possible hydrostatic lock.
