National IH Collectors Club annual auction

I just found out that the National International Harvester Collectors Club annual absolute auction will be held November 8 and 9 2024 in White Pine Tennessee. right off exit 8 on I-81. The place is about 30 miles away for me and I was thinking of maybe hosting a cub fest to coincide if it might be possible
 
I have the desire to host but have limitations, being I dont have a real workshop or even big open building and it's very difficult to get trailers in and out of my property. when I pull a trailer in I have to stop at bottom of driveway disconnect truck and use a tractor to pull it onto my place.
