I NOW OWN A 200!!

Ok I'm on cloud 9 atm and like a kid at Christmas. Last spring I saw two that were relatively close to me. One was north of Cincy rather rusty had some implements (rusty) and I think it was around $3500. There was another one east of Cleveland in PA that was much nicer but around $4500. Having looked at these for awhile seems like anything south of $4500 was pretty beaten up. Last week I searched and nothing popped up. Last night I'm laying in bed and on a whim decide lets look so I did a google search. An low and behold this pops up on tractorhouse.com.

I fired off two emails and then called. Talked with Jenny, tractor runs, no cracks, no leaks, relatively new rubber, complete/working fast hitch, and already converted to 12V. Tractor looked really good, but for the price I'm like there has to be a catch. Well there was no catch. Local farmer was donating the tractor to an school auction. They said whoever was in charge didn't plan well and there was another large auction an hour away and nobody showed. The owner didn't want it back and just said sell it cheap. They posted it Wednesday I think she said. After I bought it they got some other calls on it. But THANKFULLY I got it in time.

Next hurdle was transportation, why i posted early this morning about it. My good friend who helped me redo my 100 (lives in New Castle, IN) said he'd go down and get it early/mid December.

So, I'm the owner, just don't have it yet.

Now just have to probably Fab a mule drive as I really want to use this as a mower. Just have to decide if I'll use the C-3 deck from the Cub or get another L59.

Nice! I like the steps up and the axle platform. You will appreciate them in a few years or in your case decades! Think about raising that platform up to the same level as the floor pan and attach to the fender. I love mine! Room for a little cooler or a small milk crate

If the 200 is like a H ? I think maybe? I had one here with a woods deck on it that belong s to a customer, he bought the deck new after he got the tractor, the PTO pulley was huge! like 18-24" I remember

Well it has the regular PTO and then the angled PTO shaft like my 100 has so not sure which it went off of. I see pictures of Super C's with mowers but nothing of the back end.

The 200 is the direct descendant of the Super C. I think the Woods mowers used a huge PTO pulley, similar to what tst described for the H.

Looking at it I think you are correct and I have that setup on the 300. Issue is going to be working around the fast hitch like to keep it on (even if not using it) with the mower on.

Just an update, I don't have the tractor yet. My friend picked it up for my in Ash Flat AK a couple weeks ago. But he has bought a house in Muscle Shoals AL. For some reason he's spent the last month or so down there instead of New Castle IN. So I'm just waiting on him to bring the tractor back up.

i have a bigger mower than the 59, ( L-206 maybe), complete with all brackets , monster drive pulley and i think the belts are there. it came off a narrow front tractor. I have one just like it on and H --- same deal monster pulley, narrow front. I dont use either one of them. I do 99.99% of my mowing with the 315 along with the c-80. front yard gets mowed with the 140 and a push mower to trim with.

Well I picked up a L306 for the 200. So it will just be added to rotation. 100, 200, then 300, and repeat. I may put the deck on the Cub but it ends up being my wagon puller/sprayer/etc tractor.
