I need someone to rebuild my 1947 (86212) carb. Ita original and it leaks gas. tried rebuilding twice and no luck. Who should i look to solve my pro

If the serial number is 86212 then it’s actually a 1949. That may not matter. That is most likely a rebuildable carburetor and you can send it to one of the guys on the forum to have it done. Most likely it is warped and needs straightening. I would recommend Bob McCarty. He has done a lot of these with great success.
 
I haven't sent a cub carb but I have sent all my other carbs to Dan's Auto and Carbs in Cottonwood CA when I can't figure them out.
