I need help setting float on utility 300. I have been going nuts with this carb.

At first I could not get fuel because rubber tip kept sticking. I tweeked on it a little and seems like it quit sticking . Now it keeps flooding . It shuts off fine with bottom off lifting with finger but when I put it back together it won't shut off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look in the shop manual will give you carb specs

Most people don't like those rubber tipped needles. Might want to find an old carb with a good (all metal) needle.
