Getting the mower deck to release

Hey folks yall helped me a lot with my last post so here goes a new problem I'm fighting. My Lil gal went through a flood so I finally got her engine running good. Went to drain the tranny/ hydraulic pulled the back plate off and cleaned the pinion gears really good. Went to drop the deck down to see of I could get any hydraulic fluid to go ahead and drain out but the deck is stuck in the up position. I tried to look at the pdf manuals but it said I can't look at them till I got 10 post. I guess I have to do 10 different things to be allowed in cause last post I had there was a whole lot more then 10 back and forth between me and others in the group thanks yall

Couple of things. Need to replace the hydraulic oil to get the system to work. Change the hydraulic filter.

Did you get water out of the differential/hydraulic reservoir when you drained it?

There is a lockout for the center hydraulic piston/mower deck, page 18 & 19 in owner's manual. Perhaps engaged.

Yes sir I emptied every system on her and filled her up with diesel pulled her around the yard a lil bit left her over night then emptied everything again took all the covers off and sprayed anything that didn't belong with brake cleaner. Don't have a owners manual yet just an IT manual. Thats why I was trying to look at the pdf manuals on here bit can't yet

On a numbered series, the lowest point in the system is the belly cylinder. If water got in there, then it probably ended up at the cylinder. Disconnect the hose and drain out the water and a little of the hytran fluid.

Poster didn't indicate how deep the water was on the tractor. Or if there was water in the transmission/differential. Or if he started the tractor before draining the trans/diff.

Be careful. Mower deck up, center cylinder is under pressure from mower deck weight. Disconnecting the center hydraulic cylinder hose will drop the mower deck.

Sorry bout the left out info. The water went over the top of her. No I didn't start her till I drained everything. Water got in every system on her. I did get the deck to come down after jumping on ot a few times I gave up and got a big fix it tool and tapped the lowering arms once and she fell to the ground. I put the hydraulic lever in the float position first. Oh this is the second full fluid change I've done on her. When I disconnected the lift cylinder actually no water came out of it which suprised me. But as my luck would have it went to start her up and wasn't getting any fire checked the coil and it's bad. Have to got to town tomorrow and get one with everything I got around here i figured I'd have a few laying around but couldn't find any. I'll give an update when I'm going again
