So, the other day I was able to push my cub off the trailer without issue. Now however I can get the back tires to turn. I tried to pull it just to see if they were just super stiff, but they just skidded on my concrete. All I want to do is get it into my shop to warm up so that I can start to breathe life into it. Any suggestions? It is in neutral...i think. Brake pedal moves, no saying they aren't stuck, but it rolled fine on Saturday. Now it's cold.

There is probably water in your transmission, that has frozen. Throw a tarp over the tractor and put an incandescent bulb or heater under the tarp to thaw it out. Should roll then.
Well, water indeed, not much, but zero oil either.

I wondered if you found the correct plug on the transmission to drain the trans oil.
The trans has 3 oil plugs.
The oil filler plug is on top of the trans, just to the rear of the shifter.
The oil level plug is low on the left side of the trans.
The oil drain plug is at the bottom of the trans, visible from under the platform.
The trans holds 3 1/2 Pints of oil. It should be filled only to the oil level plug hole.

My Cub lives in the blue sky machine shed, Last winter when I started and tried to move it and stalling as soon as I released the clutch and jacking it up to be sure the tires weren't frozen done I removed the drain plug and waited for warm weather. Sure enough there was enough water in the trans freeze and bring it to it's knees. Put the plug back in, filled it with fuel oil, drove it a few hundred feet, drained it and filled with 80W90. Been fine since, but those straight gears sure were loud with the fuel oil!
They have said on here if the transmission oil looks dirty when draining, to clean the inside of the housing some, by putting the drain plug in after it is drained, and putting in 3 1/2 pints of kerosene, and driving the Cub for 5 minutes, then drain the kerosene. If it still looks dirty, you can repeat the kerosene.
Then put in the gear oil, or Case IH Hy-tran fluid, depending on the year of the Cub.
