Finally , after a possible FarmallCub.com record of 11 broken head bolts , they are all out.
5 had to have a Time-Sert fitted as the thread was buggered up.
The poor old cub has been sitting like this for near 2 years now.
Now to get things back together again.

What’s the bolt in the top right of the pic used for ?

What’s the bolt in the top right of the pic used for ?
It holds the clamp securely that connects the long rod from the throttle quadrant to the governor lever. Helps to keep the rod from flexing under pressure. Look behind the plug wires just above the oil filter housing and the clamp is barely visible. JMHO Stan
EDIT add another pic. (enlarge it for the best view) and the parts description. Took a few minutes to find it!!

I was worried mine would be that way when I needed the torch and 1/2 impact to get the spark plugs out (previous owner had broken one already).
