Farmall H M&W hand clutch ?

On my H it his a M&W hande clutch and I have been trying to find some info on it. I would like to find a manual for it. Also the left hand brake does not work, I would like to get it working but do not know if they replaced the brake with the hand clutch or is it still their.
Any info will help

The M&W hand clutch is not as the name suggests. It releases the drive on the left bullgear, and lets the tractor stop moving, while allowing the pto to run. However, while the clutch is released, the differential is going crazy, just as if you jacked one wheel up. The brake should be there, but it may be modified, or whoever installed it may have left it disconnected.
