Dual Spouted Part

Found this in my shed. Doesn't look home made. Has two internal compartments each going to a one of what I am calling spouts. Round part is about 10" across. Doesn't appear threaded like it attaches to something. Seems like the overall function might be separating liquid with two internal compartments but clearly I have no idea what it is.

I'm with Tim on this one. Parts of a cream separator, one spout for the cream and the other for the skim milk. The first pic has the spouts pointing up rather than down.

Found this at my place in Wisconsin which I inherited fron my father. He worked for a creamery for 40 years so I think you guys are right. Figured I'd ask before I throw it in the trash.
