Anyone recognize this disk? It’s actually a pretty good design. Gangs are simple to remove and work on. Angle easily adjusted. I’m just curious who made it.

After scratching around the rust I found this but cannot make it out.

Take a piece of notebook paper and a pencil a place other over the name and it should show up after you wright in the paper over the name

If you manage to read the markings on that part, they are likely to be the name of the steel company that supplied the disk manufacturer. I'm going to guess "Youngstown Steel".
