Stupid tranny question

So my driveshaft doesn’t engage the tranny gears. It’s spinning after the clutch and the the pin is good. I can watch the rod spin into the creaper housing. Doesn’t look like any issues (ie no visible metal or parts in the gears). I am guessing my next step is to pull the driveshaft to check that the end is not worn down? Any other thoughts?

Most of the time it’s the pin right behind the clutch before the housing. That is not the problem, pin is fully intact.

Update. Tore into her and the main tranny and gears are good and clean. The creeper gear box is another story. The three planetary gears were completely shattered in the creeper gear box. At least I found the issue, now to try and replace them.
