right-hand side reservoir

The reservoir on the right-hand side, behind the radiator, is that where the power steering fluid goes in a 1979 Farmall 140 (industrial edition)? If not, what goes in it? Thank you so much!!

There is no power steering. I'm going to assume you're looking at the, governor mounted, engine oil filler cap.
