First the disclaimer...I am not nor have ever been trained as a paint person. I have painted a few cars in the past, simply by following directions and good advice from people in the profession. They turned out very well, and I was pleased with the results.
I also tend to try things to make up my own mind about products, so I decided to try the majic paint that no one seems to care for. It was dirt cheap as far as paint goes, and since I am painting my tractor for rust protection and not for show purposes I didn see any big loss if it turned out to be crap.
Long story short, I applied it with an HVLP gun, and when mixed per the instructions (using majic reducer and majic hardener) it didnt spray well until i increased the pressure at the gun. Of course its a $30 knockoff, so the gun could be that problem. The paint did dry (that was mixed and spray applied), but the steel stock I used to stir the paint still had uncured paint on it after a week, so my advice is if you plan to use it, unless you use the hardner, I would probably leave it be.
Just my two Abrahams....
The older I get, the younger I was.

I just saw that this paint showed up in my local TSC, I likedd the valspar they had but my favorite is the Van Sickle that you can find. I ve had great experiences with it.
Tractors are like watermelons: the RED is good and you throw away the GREEN.

I am not impressed with Majic paint. With the price of IH Case Iron Gaurd paint, I don't feel that you can beat it. Just my
