Oh yes, since this was my first time doing it, I probably over did it with the straight on hammering. Trust me...they are swollen. Once I got the hang of mushrooming I followed up the last ones with some good whacks. Another technique learned!

I changed all the knife sections using rivets....the 6 long ones near the pitman are dogs to get out! Took it over to a neighbor who has sickle mowed since he was a kid in PA and he looked it over. We tapped here and there on the holders with a hammer. We drove over to a field I had brush hogged a month ago or so and cut some 4' fringe stuff and the 12" regrowth and it worked great. Thanks for the tips.
