Touch Control Valve Orientation

I removed the control valve and didn’t note if the 2 round holes face toward the outside of the block or the inside when it is inserted into the block. I am not able to determine this from the drawing in the manual and wasn’t able to find it in a search. Thanks

lyle11,
You are holding the rod in your picture just as it should be inserted into the TC block. Note the red paint at your hand, the paint stays outside of the block and the hole at the red paint is where the adjustment rod attaches.
