I made a tool from a cold chisel that I ground the point into a similar tool shown in the HOW TO. I then was able to put an adjustable wrench on it to turn it while I pressed down on it. Worked fine.

And just when we were wondering where John was, we realized he was in the other building, trapped by a downpour. Have no fear! Our gracious host, with umbrella in hand, hopped on his newly refurbished golf cart and rescued him.
Ended our time with a great lunch! Thanks again Ron and Anna!!
