OK Roy I think us folks up north would like to see if Billy Ray can put a class on how to have warmer weather. I don't mind the snow not to much but the cold it really stinks . We are so ready to head south. Everyone have a Safe trip.

Re: DSCF project requests
I'll post this for Clownfish in case he doesn't see this thread. He has a carb to be rebuilt, a mag that needs checked out, and I'll help him reline both brakes so that they can be reinstalled in the finals and attached back to the tranny. He'll probably just bring the rear end as his engine is being rebuilt.

I have a request, bottle some of the hot air that will be produced there and send it to Mo. There should be enough to carry us into April, or maybe even May.

I can still bring the touch control for rebuild, but if it IS possible, I need the transmission experts to help me with my conversion of a CC transmission to an F-CUB transmission. I generally know what needs to be done, but would like help with it...please! I am pretty sure I have what is needed.
It would be fantastic if I could complete both the TC and the transmission!!!!
Think it is doable?

Re: DSCF project requests
Bring it on, Dale! I'm sure that I can help get the TC done for you...I'm sure that there will be many hands to help with that. I also would like to watch a swap of a CC tranny to a Cub, so I'll do double duty.
At this moment, I am planning to arrive on Thursday evening and stay through Sunday late Morning... WHOO HOO! Tickets are booked!

Re: DSCF project requests
OK, I will bring both the TC and transmissions. This should be quite a learning experience, so if anyone wants to do some photos, I'll have a small camera there. I am SO looking forward to this!! So many great folks, to say nothing of the super food!!
BTW, I will be leaving Chapel Hill on Wed the 12th, and probably staying overnight somewhere within a few hours of Sneads, so I can sneak in a tad early. Will there be donuts and coffee, Mr E, or do I need to bring some?! I will probably head to Charlotte (Cub Express stop) then on down either via Augusta or Atlanta...whichever route inspires me most. I will have a spare seat, if anyone needs a ride. Just let me know before Tuesday!

Re: DSCF project requests
Mr E, I remembered I may have a fast hitch floating around Sneads. I notice that Tim is supervising several other FH installs, so what's one more??
I'll have to look around though and see if I have an extra FH touch control.
