Took off the sickle bar wasn't so bad and put on the 193- At the very end of the plow there is a flat section which seem to keep it from plowing at any depth- I took that off and it seems to work fine now- What is that for? Thanks-

We used the 151 trailing plow on our cub when I was young and it was a bear to turn when you got towards the center of the garden on the plowed ground. Also a bear to intsall. I just recently dismantled it and welded a 3 point hitch onto it to use on another tractor without much success. I think I am going to purchase a 3 point conversion for my cub and put a 3 point 12 inch bottom plow on there.Any body used the 3 point conversion on cub?

That is a nice way to spend a bundle of cash for a less than satisfactory solution for plowing. Stick with a 193 or 194 (depending on how your Cub is equipped) and you will have a plow that is designed to work, as a unit, with your Cub. Either plow, properly adjusted, will do an excellent job plowing, a hybrid 3-point system will be troublesome.

Main trick to mounting the 151 is making sure it is supported properly when you disconnect it.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

Main main trick to mounting is to get another Cub and LEAVE it mounted!
