Well the beans we planted in the Horse Dung and Clay seem to have exploded....My darlin picked a bushel today in just the little bare area in back of the ladder trellis(toward the top of the page and to the left)....I told her not to worry about a second picking, just pull them...( She has over two cases already canned from the last planting) and we both have a touch of the flu, so she took advantage of some Sun therapy and kept up on her chores at the same time....I was busy getting seat time on the TO 20 and 57 lo boy  hauling manure york raking etc... I figure there must be 5 or better bushel left....WOW....Dave

Thanks Ken...It started as 5 approx 60 foot rows that I put in cause I had them left over, to help the soil....Then they took off...I'll keep track of how many we get, as long as I don't lose my bean picker and the frost stays at bay ....Dave

Got a litttle chilly here... 36 for a couple of days, but no frost yet....Been real nice since...I've seen snowstorms on Oct 4th...And sleet and snow on columbus day isn't unusual....But its been great this year.... :{_}:
