Winch mount for trailer receiver

Got a project that you are working on that is not a tractor? Maybe a barn to hold your tractors or just fun stuff like woodworking, glass, tools, sheds, gardens, custom implements, etc., this is the place to talk about it.

Winch mount for trailer receiver

Postby Winfield Dave » Sat Sep 14, 2013 9:16 pm

One of my recent projects.
To mount the winch on a plate and tube so it can be inserted into any 2" receiver...
Whether it is on a vehicle, tractor or a trailer.

Great job!!! I'd like to do that myself. :{_}: Oh wait, I don't have a winch..... Bummer

Great idea. By adding a receiver at the front of your trailer, you can load tractors that are in my price range.

Nice!
I would love to see a video of that puppy pulling a cub onto your trailer.

Neat idea with unlimited possibilities. Ok, I see what look to be electrical connections, but I also see what could be a hand crank. Is that a manual winch or an electric winch with manual back up :? :?:
