I have run across a hammer mill I am thinking about buying, it is an IH, and I thought at first it was a 4E, but I believe it is something older than that. In looking over the internet, I see a 4E and a #6 that were built in roughly the same timeframe. Did IH ever make a mill that was a bit bigger than a 4E, but smaller than a #6? I looked in CH Wendel's 150 Years of IH book, and found one that resembled it. Said it was designed with the F12 in mind but was never produced commercially.
Ideas appreciated!
