125 hydro steering linkage side spindle/axle ?
anyone out there know where I can locate a steering linkage left side tire spindle/axle and linkage control arm for a 125 hydro? pin hole on axle and linkage control arm is wollard out to much and wound up shearing axle and I'm sure it did the same to the linkage control arm hole, I could weld the hole on the control arm and re-drill but I don't think that I can do the same for axle.Does any of you guys out there have these parts for sale?

I have a front axle for a 125. Don't have the tie rods or spindles though. Let me know if you want it.

Re: 125 hydro steering linkage side spindle/axle ?
I pick up narrow framed Cub Cadets at auction. Basic idea is, I buy them as parts tractors. Typically one or two parts from the tractor or deck pays for the entire parts tractor.
Edit: I think I still have the entire front axle from an narrow framed CC. Have to check the acreage storage building tomorrow. Probably cheaper to purchase one at auction and then part one of the garden tractors out.

I have an excuse. CRS.

Bill thanks for the return info, I knew I shouldn't of put axle on the end of the title like I did but I was trying to cover all the bases, the front axle is in good shape on mine it's the steering control (left side) spindle and the steering control arm that sets on top of the spindle that I am after, I might have to purchase the whole front axle, or like Eugene said,it would probably be cheaper to buy a parts tractor at auction which in a way might be a better way to go, have-n a parts dinosaur to repair a dinosaur but for now I am still going to search a little for those parts, I don't know shipping a parts CC could be costly but I might not have a choice, these things are like Harleys, they run like scalded dogs as long as you have a supply of parts. If you do eye ball these parts could you let me know I don't mind the middle man make-n a little extra on the side

Re: 125 hydro steering linkage side spindle/axle ?
If I understand the problem.
I have drilled out the arm and spindle to the next larger size bolt. Grade 8 smooth shanked bolt.
I have one CC with a welded up axle. Didn't get welded exactly correct, tire has a slight tilt.
Try your local small engine dealers. They frequently have "junk" garden tractors and are happy to get rid of, sell, them.

Re: 125 hydro steering linkage side spindle/axle ?
thanks Eugene for search-n for these parts, the straight axle is in good shape it's the spindle/knuckle and control arm that I am look-n for. I do know a few small engine shops and will look into it, and I found a complete running 125 0n craigslist local for $350 (needs battery) it would be nice to have two complete cubs plus get parts to repair the first one, like I said I would be glad to pay the middle man a little extra for these parts (STEVE)-sirputtsalot and his disable steed herbie
