John,

A lot of personal computers come pre-loaded with some type of photo software, such as Microsoft Office Picture Viewer. Open the photo in this or similar software program, then select edit, resize and then resize it to 120 x 120 pixels or a size that is proportionately equivalent in size. A lot of folks like the photo software program "IRFANVIEW". You can download this software for free on the internet. Good luck.
