Rear rockshaft bearings

Postby Matt Kirsch » Tue Jun 11, 2013 9:10 am

The bearings in the rear rockshaft on my '53 Cub are pretty sloppy.

Looks like you can still get them from CaseIH. $22.97 for the upper half, and $20.80 for the lower half.

Before I go drop another Benjamin on this Cub, does anyone have any creative solutions for replacement bearings?

Matt, Contact Phillip W. Lenke via PM for replacements.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I have 2 sets of the Delrin bearings, that Phil makes. They're very nice! They fit & function very well.

I have a set also. Fit and function like they were IH factory made. Maybe better.
