Gaylott scoop

Postby Former Member » Mon Jun 10, 2013 5:12 pm

I mounted my scoop the other day as I needed to move a lot of garden soil. 5" of rain in just a few hours made a river beside my newly planted sweet tater slips. It washed out a channel beside them clear down to the ledge about a foot or so deep. Luckily none of the slips got washed away.

I had a couple unused rows in the main garden, so I made about a dozen trips with the scoop. It sure beats shoveling and a wheelbarrow.

LOL, yep, the left rear is mounted backwards, was that way when I got it, no reason to change it yet. Actually, it gives me traction frontwards and backwards
