Part # 651260R1. I'm looking for an alternate source, they're about $10 from Case/IH. ID is 5/8", OD is 3/4" and length is 1/3/4". I'm making a few lift levers, so the OD can be drilled adifferent size, and I could always cut one to length if necessary. Looked at McMaster-Carr and Fastenal without success.
Thanks, Bob

Hi Bob, quick solution as long as the hole is not worn out in the arm is a piece of iron pipe almost fits perfect , it was 3/8 or 1/2", do not remember which off the top of my head

Re: 54A blade liftting lever bushing
Tim, I'll check that out tomorrow, didn't think any size would be 5/8" ID.
Criswelll, The original is steel, but I suppose bronze would be okay.
Bighoss, I'd like it just a little longer, but may check our tractor supply and see what they have.
Thanks guys,
Bob

Re: 54A blade liftting lever bushing
I know that you can get an Oilite sintered bronze bushing 0.625" x 0.750" up to about 1.5" in length, but they do come in 0.8750" in length. Two of those bushings together and you would have your 1.750" length. I know that there is another product from the company that makes Oilite called Excelite, it is for higher load and slower speeds. I have to go to the bearing supplier tomorrow, I can get a price for the bushings, the regular Oilite shouldn't be more than $1 or a $1.50 in price (each), I can't speak for the Excelite.

Re: 54A blade liftting lever bushing
I know you said you are making the lift arm, so you have flexibility on the OD, but the original one I have on one of my 54A's is more like 5/8" ID, 7/8" OD, and 1.5" long. On another, I started with black pipe and cut it to length. The only problem was the inside seam of the cheap pipe needed to be removed. Being particular, I decided to buy McMaster 6381K544 and cut it down to the desired length. That particular plow needed something on the order of 1.6" long instead of 1.5".
