You could fill a book with the differences -- in fact Jean Noulin did just that:

It is a book any serious Cub nut needs to have in their collection .. I do. Pretty easy to understand.

If you search for French Cubs and Super Cubs, you should get a lot of hits as this is a topic oft discussed.
