Two internal plugs. Might want to reread this entire thread.
If the engine was professionally rebuilt - take it back. If you assembled the engine - - - OH well. Gonna take a bit of disassembly to install the plug behind the cam gear.
I have an excuse. CRS.
I want to thank everyone that posted for all the good advice. I'm tearing the engine back down and the machine shop took tht plugs out and when putting back together didnt think about looking in those areas.thanks again
There are two internal plugs, and three external plugs. You've found one internal, the other is behind the valve tappet cover. The external plugs are: one behind the carb on the side of the block, one on the left upper rear flange of the engine, and one next to the oil filter cap. I would not worry about the external plugs, if one of them were missing you would have oil all over the place.
