Have A Seat!

Postby Barnyard » Mon Nov 19, 2012 7:47 pm

My Kubota seat finally gave out on me. I bought a replacement from Kubota more than ten years ago and it was over than $100.00 back then. So I headed to Tractor Supply for a replacement. What I found was a $140.00 seat staring at me. Wow, I thought I better shop around. When I got home I went on line to check out Orschelns which is about twenty miles away in Lawrenceburg Indiana. I have to go to Lawrenceburg later in the week so I figured it wouldn't be out of my way. What I found on line knocked my socks off.

The above are identical seats having the same model number. It's pretty easy to tell where my new seat is coming from. Even if I didn't have to go to Lawrenceburg for other business, I would have gone just for that kind of saving.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Yes, but I sure didn't expect to find it $40.00 cheaper!

I went down tonight but they were out of them. They said it will be about 3 or four weeks before they get more in. I can wait. I also picked up some stocking stuffers for the borders. They oughta like these when Rosie takes 'em for their walk!

Barnyard,

Do you suppose that seat would fit a M5030 Kubota. Mine has seen its best days.
