I thought she was done, but I guess with a little more help from mother nature last night to finish the job, Sandy left her mark again. Also, insurance is covering the replacement of my hood. Please see the Cub wanted section. Thank you

i think its time to start thinning the pines. that really stinks but luckily no one was hurt and your insured.

I actually had a forester in 5 years ago to thin it out. Looks like I need to take more.

A pre-commercial thin would generate some Cub Funds or House Funds. We did a pre-commercial thin and generated a fair amount of cash a number of years ago. Almost time for another one. Your pines look like they would be good stud wood.

Bob,

I hopefully have a tree guy coming today to assess the tree removal. Once that is done, I need to get a licensed carpenter to out up some plywood then tarp it if he can't fix it right away. Then I'll get the repair done. Since my homeowners will cover it (i'm told), I think I'd be better off letting someone else do it in fear of injury to myself, family, or friends.
