Hannah (10) picked the first Zucchini and Yellow squash yesterday.
I have been picking for about a week now. Usually just one here or there.
But I have a lot of flowers.
We (my wife and I) mostly grill outdoors. My wife likews to marinate with italian salad dressing or make chicken kababs.....nothing but good eating!!
Last Friday, I wanted to give Jimdawg's mother-in-law some Zucchini, and there were none over 3" long. So she got none. Today, 7 days later, we already have some that are 15-16" long. I eat 'em like that, but they're not really the way most people want them.
