What Kind Of Tractor In This Old Family Photo?

We recently got my Mom a scanner and so she's e-mailing us lots of pictures from her old family photo albums. She sent this one today of my Daddy taking me for my very first tractor ride down at the old home place in Southern Illinois April 1954. I could just tear up a little looking at this. I didn't remember that Grandpa even had a tractor. I grew up hearing about how he farmed with mules. Anyway, can someone tell me what make and model tractor this?
