Strange link icons when on Ipad

I was wondering why all the link icons and other things are very strange looking when I accsess the site from my wife's ipad? I have attached a photo of the front page on the iPad.

I've never had that issue with mine. Do you have an iPad1 or iPad2? Did refreshing the page help?

IPad 2 and I do not remember it being like this at first - just in the last few days has this been going on. I have tried refreshing, rebooting, everything I can think of

Try updating the OS.

Rendering problems... upgrade the OS or the Browser ... well it is an iPad so I am not really sure if the browser is part of the OS or not...
