Finally home

Postby Former Member » Mon Feb 20, 2012 12:49 am

Walt and I pulled in about an hour ago.

The day started off with Walt letting me sleep till I woke up a little after 8.

I fueled up the TN Cub Rescue Van and we headed back to Mr E's and dropped off a 193 plow for CTDWakula (Bill) that we forgot to negotiate for, on Saturday.

We then headed East then up into GA and across to I 75 and up between Macon and Atlanta and met up with a couple cubbers on cub express. We handed off the cub express stuff to Larry and Jamie and chatted a bit, and sold a bit more.

We then headed back North West across GA to Just above Carrolton, GA, where we picked up Walts wife Rose.

From there we stayed on 27 up to I 75 and into TN, west on I 24 to Jasper TN where we picked up SR 28 which turns into HWY 127N, and an hour and a half later we are home.

Over 500 miles 15 1/2 hrs later we are here safe and sound.

It was a great weekend.

Dale and Walt

Happy that you and Walt had a safe trip home. Enjoyed meeting you and everyone else that were in attendance. I was also very pleased with the business we had on the Cub goodies. Thanks Dale
