Does anyone know what is the right size bottom low should go witha international 444? Is it 2, 3, or 4?

According to tractordata.com, it should be a 3 bottom plow.

The type of soil makes a lot of difference i have a two bottom ford 101 16in.with my 444 diesel and in the red clay around my area i don't think the 444 would pull a three bottom.

Cant go by factory ratings because of soil types!---in my ground here it would struggle with a 1 bottom----30 miles west of here same tractor would easily pull 4 bottoms, so you will have to be judge of what you really can pull in the real world! thanks; sonny
