Filled The Freezer on Sat AM

Postby Bigschuss » Mon Oct 31, 2011 10:41 am

Got a little 4 pointer Saturday AM. He was about 120 lbs and will be good eating. Now I can settle down and wait for big daddy to come by.

Nice, and some good eating too :!:
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

If that was a quartering away shot, you put it in the boiler room. I don't get to do it very often here in Ga, but I love hunting in the snow.

Thanks for the comments guys....and yes, Georgia Boy, you got it....quartering away from a stand about 16 feet up. Aimed for the last rib and a little high. Double lung and liver shot....I think he went 40 yards.
