An android question

I recently purchased a Galaxy tab with Verizon 3G coverage and love the speed. Most of my other banking sites I visit offer a "View Full Site" feature. I'm having a hard time getting used to the mobile viewng on the farmallcub site, but I can't figure out how to get the full site so I can see the top header bar with photohost and Rudi's manuals. You're right it was, he was wanting to view the forum in the "mobile" format, you want the "normal" format, so he would have to add the characters to the address, you need to remove them.
 
Something tells me that droid and android are two different animals. Nothing that loads on my android has the style 8. If I click on Dennis' link it loads the same view as what my android does. I'm lost-yikes

Hmmm, I don't have a droid or android, I've gotten into the apple stuff but it should operate the same...

If on your device you navigate to the forum, what is in the address bar? If you remove all the characters after the .php it should show up as if you were on a laptop or desktop (or not a mobile device).

I have a device just like yours. I have been playing with it for an hour now trying to get the top title bar to appear.

I was all set to respond here and tell you mine was behaving just like yours. Then suddenly it locked up. Took a while to get it powered up again. Guess what! Now it looks just like the screen on my laptop. I have no idea what changed. I had tweaked every option available and could not get it to work right. Then suddenly it is working like we wish it to work.

I can not recreate the problem. I am stumped. :oops:
 
Thanks a bunch Raymond for giving it a shot. Now if I can just get the copy and paste thingy figured out it'll be just like having my laptop back :D Rick
